ADUST believes in quality
education and for this it has been extra careful in hiring
faculty members to teach courses. ADUST usually prefers faculty
members with exposure to education outside the country and/or
experiences in teaching a similar university at home and abroad.
It has both full-time and adjunct-faculty members. Besides
classroom teaching each faculty member gives equivalent office
time to help students to improve their understanding of the
subject.
