Application for Graduation: 

Students completed the requirements for the degree must apply to graduate. S/he must apply in a prescribed form to graduate. Application form for graduation is available at ACAD. University plans to organize at least one graduation ceremony each year from 2007. 

Outstanding accounts:

Students owing any fee, fine or other charges will not be allowed to graduate or participate in the ceremony without clearing the dues.

Degree Certificate: 

University issues the degree/certificate to a student whose degree awarding ceremony has been held and who applied for graduation. However, it issues transcripts once the student formally requests the university to do so after payment of required fee. However, a provisional certificate may be issued if s/he has completed all the requirements for the degree.
